RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All purchases are final sale. To qualify for an exchange only, items must be in their original condition.

If you need a replacement, please email us at Info@sommehome.com with your order number. Unless an item arrives damaged, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for unsuccessful delivery attempts. We strongly recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking when sending returns to:

You may also return eligible items in person at our Los Angeles store on Sunset Blvd.

Once we receive your returned item, exchange credits will be issued to you via email. Please note that SOMME is not responsible for lost return packages without proof of delivery.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@sommehome.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Please return the item within 48 hours of receiving the label. Once we receive the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 1-2 business days after processing.
